Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return policy outlined below.

General Return & Refund policy

FLYPRO.com provides a 30-day hassle-free return policy for standard stock goods (excluding consumables) for refund or exchange after you receive the goods, buyers need to bear the local return freight; No reason return and refund will not be accepted for consumables and customized Goods, unless they're defective on arrival.

 Acceptable Standard Stock Goods for return or refund.

The Goods without customization, including but not limited to Transceivers, Direct Attach Cables, Active Optical Cables, Media Converter, CWDM, DWDM, Passive Components, Fiber Tester

Unacceptable Consumables for return or refund.

Consumable items are mainly patch cables and MPO/MTP

Return Goods Within the Warranty Period

We provide replacement or repair for the defective Goods within warranty period. The deficiency must be due to manufacturing, not by the customer's wrong operation, in this case we may pay the freight charges if we confirm that after we receive and check the returned goods. In other cases, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returns.

Return Goods Out of Warranty Period

They could be considered for repair at a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece If the Goods are out of warranty period. In this case you are responsible for the round trip freight and customs duties.

Before you return

All returns must meet the overall following guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply:

  • 1) The product is purchased directly from FLYPRO.com.
  • 2) The returned product must be in a saleable condition and exhibits no physical damage.
  • 3) All the original product packaging (including instructions, accessories, trademark, etc.) must be sent back along with the product.
  • 4) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be provided to FLYPRO.com by info@flypro.com.

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, the item is not confirmed as a faulty good, or the product is not returned with prior approval, the return case will be rejected under this policy. In this case, FLYPRO.com will not be responsible for any incurring charges.

 

How to Start a Return to us

  • 1. Ask for and Fill a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) application form and send it to info@flypro.com
  • 2. Wait for our customer service to confirm and approve the return/refund or replacement request with you within 2 working days.
  • 3. You send the goods to our warehouse in your country and give us the tracking number.
  • 4. The refund or replacement operation will be made once we receive your goods.
  • 5. You will receive the refund within 1-3 working days, or receive the replacement withing 3-5 working days.
